Congratulations to Trupti, our Registered Care Home Manager at Rockdale House

Trupti joined us at Rockdale House as House Manager in January this year.  We are delighted that Trupti has now become Registered and is our Registered Care Home Manager for Rockdale House Care Home.

Trupti has worked in different care sectors for the last 18 years. They have consisted of both residential and nursing homes, specialising in various areas including dementia care.

Trupti believes in person-centred care and is passionate about making a difference, providing care and support that puts people first. Trupti says: ‘It has always been my aim to deliver the highest standard of care and to ensure a high quality of life, filled with dignity and respect.’
