Residents, businesses, landowners, schools and voluntary and community groups are being urged to support the Queen’s Green Canopy tree planting initiative to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.

Cllr. Dr. Merilyn Canet, Mayor of Sevenoaks, attended a tree planting yesterday at Rockdale, in memory of our resident’s husband and to support the Queen’s Green Canopy initiative.  It was a very happy small event and the Snowy Mespilus has been planted in a perfect situation, both for the tree’s good health and for our resident to be able to see it from her apartment window.
